CanadaGreat Black Friday sale and free shippong Easy to set up from the box, works well, came with a bell, front and rear racks, good seat. My knees hurt from a lot of pedaling so having pedal assist is awesome and it works very well. The only thing negative for me is it's heavy.

CanadaThe ET Cycle F720 is an awesome bike.
The bike is awesome as I previously said in the title here. Great power to assist in the ride. I have bad knees and when they get sore I just rise a little more assist. The bike was easy to assemble out of the box, it comes with front and back racks, a good seat, goes up a hill no problem. Plenty of speed. If I could have I would have given a 4 1/2 stars because the only problem is the weight of the bike. I'm not as strong as I used to be so to start out on a hill is tough to get going from a start because the assist take a few seconds to kick in, or to be able to lift in I to my SUV (that's a no go) overall I live my choice as it seems very well made. Customer service from Cloud e-Bike has been top notch, even with all my worrying on ordering online.
