CanadaGood value, good range
I bought this bike to fix my issue of transportation. It fits on the BCTransit bike racks nicely and even where there's no service, I don't find myself peddling manually too far. Thank you Cloud Bikes for recommending me this bike!

First off, they had an NCM Milano Plus bike in white colour which I was looking for everywhere. Nobody in Canada had one except them. Bestbuy.ca said that Leon Cycle (the distributor) had ONE in stock so I ordered it. Next day I got a call from Leon saying they didn't have any inventory. When I ordered from Cloud, I sort of expected the same thing. But, not even 24 hours after placing my order on a weekend, I got a shipment notification and tracking number. Then when I opened the box, I noticed Cloud had added some extra shipping/packaging materials to ensure the bike arrived undamaged. That was a nice touch as they could have simply shipped out the box as they received it from their supplier. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for an e-bike supplier.
