The NCM Moscow Plus is suitable for commuting and for light trails. Although it is relatively heavy, it quite maneuverable and has a great battery range - I managed to get over 110km on a single charge and using Level 2 peddle assist. It has low enough gear ratios that you can peddle up medium hills without the motor in case you run out of batteries. What could use improvement is the speed levels on the peddle assistance modes - the speeds are approximately 15 km/h, 20, 25, 30, 33, 36. I think 15km/h is too fast for certain areas eg. scenic trails. I added some fenders and ant-theft skewers for the wheels. Battery charging is about 3-4 hours. Cloud bikes has a great sales & service team.

CanadaExcellent range on battery
Purchased bike from Richmond location fully assembled two months ago, put in over 800 kms. Battery on full charge lasts about 140 kms using mainly pas 1 and 2 and throttle. Gears required some minor adjustments, but otherwise no problems. Rear tire had one flat due to nail puncture, put sealant inside tubes so hopefully will help against future punctures. Overall a good purchase. Recommmended.

I was in the market for a new bike for the last 9 years (I am slow to make choices) and never considered for a second I would find an eBike so fun to ride! The shop staff was always no pressure informatove, letting me try as many floor models as i wanted, it took me two weeks to pick. No regrets on getting the Moscow plus, I have had it for about a month now and find myself happy to ride up the hills here in Burnaby instead of dreading them, plug going around local trails is super easy now. I barely use the electric assist except in a few situations (hills) and it is so glorious.
