What does Stealth Mode do?
The Stealth Mode functions by reducing the speed and turning the lights off. It is mainly useful for activities such as hunting or camping because this mode keeps your movement discreet. This can be controlled on the display unit for your convenience.
What does full air suspension mean?
A full-suspension system means that the bicycle has both front and rear suspension. This system helps in control, stability, and safety, which is necessary for an off-road e-bike.
What are features contained in the Nomad 2X display?
The display of Nomad 2X allows the user to connect to the app, adjust level of pedal assist, SensorSwap, speed and class adjustment, and real-time monitoring of motor and battery.
How to clean the Nomad 2X?
The Nomad 2X has an ingress protection rating of IPX6, which means it can be cleaned even with a pressure washer. It also means that it can be used during heavy rainfall. This is the Velotric standard for all their electric bikes. Check out their full collection below.
How to switch between sensor modes?
Velotric App: When the bike is stationary, you may check and switch via the Velotric App.
Display: Long-press the Mode (M) button. Ensure that the mode has changed by looking at the indicated mode in the display.
When should I switch sensor modes?
The sensor modes in Velotric's SensorSwap™️ are torque and cadence sensors. Torque sensor is an ideal mode for variable-speed cycling because it is intuitive, which makes it helpful for uneven and challenging terrain. Meanwhile, Cadence Sensor is ideally used for longer or more relaxed cycling, making it the preferred mode for urban cycling. They can be used interchangeably, but one is just a smarter choice over the other.
