I like that when you walk in to the store on Main St you can look down into "the pit" and see people repairing and assembling bikes and not in some back room. When I bought my first ebike in 2016, very few shops would repair/service ebikes especially if not their brand. My old ebike company is now out of business now. I feel very supported by Cloud going forward and thank them for making this purchase enjoyable and exciting rather than a chore I thought it was going to be.

The service was awesome. They were able to answer all my questions and I was able to take one of the bikes on a test ride. When I bought the bike they offered me a good quality lock for free. It’s one of those stores that deserve a 6 out of 5 star rating.
